Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the services of Apiece Inc ("Apiece," "we"): the apieceinc.com website and client portal, the Pieces Jigsaw Puzzles application (iOS and piecesjigsaw.com), and related print-ordering services. By using any of them, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to create a Pieces account.
Subscriptions & purchases
Pieces offers free play with optional paid subscriptions and lifetime memberships. In-app purchases on iOS are billed and managed through your Apple account, subject to Apple's terms; web purchases are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law or expressly stated, purchases are non-refundable. Print orders are custom-produced; issues with a print's quality should be reported to us promptly and we will work to make it right.
Your content
Photos you upload remain yours. You grant Apiece a limited license to store, process, and reproduce them solely to operate the service you requested — generating puzzle gameplay and producing prints you order. You confirm you have the rights to any photo you upload, and that uploads contain no unlawful or infringing content.
Client engagements
Information submitted through our client intake portal is treated as confidential and used to evaluate and deliver your project. Portal submissions are not binding on either party; engagements are governed by the written proposal or agreement we execute together, which controls over these Terms where they differ.
Our content
The Pieces catalog, our software, our sites, and our branding are the property of Apiece Inc or our licensors. Puzzle images are licensed for gameplay and personal downloads within the app's features — not for redistribution or commercial reuse.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services: no unauthorized access, scraping of other users' data, interference with operation, or unlawful content.
Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apiece's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update these Terms; continued use after posted changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact us.
